Why Mark Perry?

Mark Perry is a licensed real estate broker with over 24 years of lending and mortgage financing experience. He has a vast knowledge of the loan programs available, the qualifying criteria for each, the ins and outs of the loan process beginning with the loan application all the way to successfully closing the loan transaction.

I am experienced in dealing with all types of borrowers and all types of borrower situations. I am a problem solver and work extremely hard to find the perfect loan program for each situation and the lowest possible rate for that type of program and borrower. I love working with people and find extreme satisfaction in helping borrowers achieve the American Dream of owning a home!

I work with many Realtors, CPA’s, Attorneys and even other Banks and lending institutions whom refer me clients every day. I have a complete understanding of both the purchase process and the lending process entirely. Working with a seasoned
loan originator that fully understands the process, has hundreds of loan closings (both purchase & refinance transactions) under their belt and has a wide variety of lender loan programs available is key.
